Experienced SOP Developer

A2P&V, a dynamic wedding photo & video company, is on the path to significant growth. We aim to streamline our operations and enhance our efficiency by developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various roles within our remote workforce.

Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled SOP Developer to embark on a temporary, project-focused role with us. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in crafting detailed SOPs, handbooks, and strategic guides without needing prior experience in the wedding or photography industries. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capability to transform complex workflows into clear, actionable documentation.

Responsibilities:

-Engage in detailed, recorded screenshare sessions to gain a deep understanding of the different roles and processes within A2P&V.
-Create an overarching “handbook” outlining standard operations, supplemented by in-depth guides on specific tasks and strategies.
-Produce documentation that is straightforward for reading and revisiting, yet remains effortless to update as procedures evolve.
-Operate with a high degree of independence, maintaining exceptional quality standards and adherence to project deadlines.

Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in developing SOPs or similar documentation, with evidence of previous work.
Exceptional communication skills, adept at capturing and distilling complex information.
High organizational capability and supreme attention to detail.
Availability to commit to at least 30 hours per week until project completion, with a flexible schedule.
Proficiency with innovative documentation platforms that are user-friendly and easily updatable.

Preferred Qualifications:

While no specific experience in the wedding or photography industries is necessary, familiarity with remote work environments and documentation tools beyond Google Docs is advantageous.
