We are a dynamic and innovative Fil-Am owned creative agency that services incredible impact-driven entrepreneurs, startups, and organizations nationally. With a passion for creativity and a commitment to excellence, we help our clients stand out in the competitive marketplace and achieve their business goals. Despite being new to the game in 2021, the company had a fully-booked client list and waiting list with successful projects under their belt.

Because the company took a hiatus from client work for nearly a year (due to the CEO’s personal commitments and family life), we are looking for a talented Remote Lead Generation Expert to swoop in and help us begin to rebuild our client lists and truly allow us to scale. As we begin to grow again, we need someone to join our team and drive our client acquisition efforts.

Position Overview:
As a Remote Lead Generation Expert, you will play a critical role in identifying and nurturing potential clients for our agency. Leveraging your expertise in lead generation strategies and techniques – and in collaboration with the CEO – you will develop and implement targeted campaigns to attract qualified leads and build relationships with prospects in our target market.

Responsibilities:

* Develop Lead Generation Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
* Identify Target Audience: Conduct market research to identify and understand our target audience’s needs, pain points, and preferences. Use insights to tailor lead generation efforts effectively.
* Execute Lead Generation Campaigns: Utilize a variety of channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and networking, to generate leads for our agency.
* Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging and relevant content assets, such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, to attract and engage potential clients.
* Optimize Conversion Funnels: Continuously optimize lead generation funnels and conversion paths to maximize lead capture and improve conversion rates.
* Qualify and Nurture Leads: Implement lead qualification processes to identify high-quality leads and prioritize follow-up efforts. Nurture leads through personalized communication and targeted outreach to move them through the sales pipeline.
* Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and cost per lead, to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve strategies over time.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in lead generation for creative agencies, marketing agencies, or related industries.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
* In-depth knowledge of lead generation tactics and strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and networking.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize lead generation performance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
* Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with virtual teams.
