You’re motivated and confident, with a head for systems and processes. A self-starter and problem solver that enjoys keeping on top of all the moving parts of a project to deliver a first-class result

You are fluent in English and happy to jump on a call with any client to keep projects on track. You are confident in managing tasks in ClickUp and ready to help the team with any extra information they need. You are used to setting up and sending out Active Campaign newsletters and have an exceptional eye for detail.

You must be available to work within the core UK office hours 9am-5:30pm.

Somer Design is an established brand and digital marketing agency based in the UK supporting business owners and consultants predominantly in the Care Sector, to raise their brand authority and become the ‘go-to’ care expert in the community. We do this by helping them showcase their services and expertise through digital marketing: SEO; content strategy; email marketing and social media management.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and patience with the ability to think and act on one’s own, as well as work as a team.

How can you expect to spend your day?
• You will support the company director in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and in a timely manner
• Check and respond to all emails on the same day, or next working day latest
• Set up and schedule newsletters in Active Campaign
• Set up and schedule social media posts
• Assign tasks to the relevant team members in ClickUp and on the graphic design portal.
• Keep track of client deadlines and ensure tasks are completed as set out in ClickUp
• Help with quality checks on new websites before going live
• Add new WordPress blogs and make simple text edits on page
• Help onboard new clients from initial questionnaire to weekly check-ins

Qualities We Are Looking For:
• Agency experience and good design/web/marketing knowledge
• English fluency and excellent communication skills
• A free thinker, willing to look for answers and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Accuracy and an exceptional eye for detail
• Confidence in web design, email and digital marketing processes
• Excellent organisational, time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• A team player who is happy working in a small virtual team or 5-8 people.
• Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication
• Highly organised, professional and proactive

Preferred Expert Knowledge In:
• Project management, in particular, ClickUp
• Active Campaign
• WordPress website content editing
• Website user interfaces

Special Requirements:
• A computer that is three years old or less
• Your own Internet connection (and a backup location)
• Have a headset or microphone (for team meetings)
