Initially, I am looking for an Experienced Telemarketing Sales Representative to contact Big Box stores in the USA & Canada by phone. This will entail you working during North American office hours most of the time. The purpose of these calls is to gather contact details that eventually result in a closing sales call. You will be asking for names, email addresses and direct phone numbers for 1, the gatekeeper, 2, a departmental manager, 3, the Assistant store manager, and finally 4, the store manager. If you get the contact details of the Regional/Divisional Manager so much the better! If a departmental or assistant store manager has local marketing budget discretion you may not need to speak to the store manager, as they are very busy people. This process may well result in multiple phone calls, as you gather more contact details with each call up the line.
It may be possible for the final sales call to be three-way with our principal sales manager for the first few occasions, depending upon his schedule. It is not a hard sell but he will lead you through his successful process of overcoming objections and closing. These calls need to be arranged and booked a few days in advance.
After gathering an email from a manager we will send a flyer and video outlining our proposition. We will also follow up with a proposal. There is also a website you can refer managers to for further information. More details will be provided during the interview process.
You will be directly involved in arranging and tracking all calls and recording all contact and other relevant information for each store. Product and sales training videos are available, promotional websites, and flyers.
Initially, You will promote a service on Bing, then Google on follow-up calls. This is a new service that expands the reach of SEO by means of capturing the Search Box Autocomplete. Once a keyword is claimed it will promote the company name in the autocomplete and when clicked the search results will only show that company’s details. In your application ask me for a keyword to search for as an example.
Remuneration will be starting at $500 per two weeks with a three-month trial. You will be expected to account for each working hour of at least 40 hours per week full-time. After three months we can review your salary and consider additional benefits (such as SSS, PhilHealth, HMO, Pag-IBIG, and PTO including holiday pay), depending upon performance.
There will also be a bonus paid monthly, recurring, on each sale, on each platform, payable on confirmation. You can expect your bonus to exceed your salary, in time, with conscientious effort.
There may be an option of working on the phone in the morning or afternoon US time, with the other part of the day emailing other, non Big Box, businesses with a similar proposition. Results matter, either method works.
