Key Responsibilities:

Brand Building:

Understand and embody our brand’s unique voice, from our life on the road to our real estate journey.

Create and maintain a TikTok brand kit, including logo suggestions, color palettes, and font choices.

Content Creation:

Curate and produce engaging TikTok content, utilizing our extensive driving footage.

Develop Canva templates for consistent posting, including motivation posts, exam terms, trucker tales, side hustle updates, and weekly learnings.

Strategy & Planning:

Draft and manage a weekly TikTok content calendar.

Keep abreast of TikTok trends and suggest relevant content ideas.

Engagement:

Interact with our TikTok community, responding to comments and collaborating with similar profiles.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor TikTok analytics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing and growing TikTok profiles.

Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.

Strong understanding of TikTok trends and algorithms.

Excellent storytelling and content curation skills.

Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

Available for a part-time role (approx. 15 hours/week to start).
