Middle America Homes is a real estate solutions company based in Fort Wayne, IN. We wholesale real estate in the Midwestern United States. We are looking for someone to fill a gap in our company in our sales department.
As a transaction coordinator, your primary role will be to orchestrate transactions. This includes completing task lists which begin at specific milestones in each transaction. This may also include having a phone call with a seller to update them on the transaction or calling a title company to complete an item on your task list.
Overall, this position is crucial to the success of our business, as it ensures that we are consistently bringing in revenue and connecting with potential property sellers. If you are driven, creative, and passionate about sales, we encourage you to apply for this role!

Pay Structure:
Once hired, pay is between 4 USD – 6+ USD per hour depending on existing skills and prior experience. This role receives a bonus for each transaction that makes it to closing which starts at 25 USD per closing and can increase with raises and promotions. A typical month has 8 closed transactions.
