Your Role:
– Perform administrative tasks including email and calendar management.
– Availability within Central European Time (CET) zone for real-time collaboration.
– Proactive problem-solving skills, using initiative to address challenges.
– Coordinate and set up Zoom meetings.
– Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, particularly in spelling and follow-ups.
– Exhibit a strong sense of design, creating visually appealing social media posts and PDFs.
– Video editing skills.
– Effective research skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
– Proficiency in social media management, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
– Tech-savviness, with proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, ConvertKit, and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
– Experience in email list segmentation and tagging.
– Production of high-quality work consistently.
– Assist in creating marketing materials and online programs.
– Development of beautiful and engaging slide decks/presentations.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A team-oriented mindset, seeking a long-term position and driven to achieve results.
Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create professional and effective visual content.
Experience in video editing.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
Skilled in email and calendar organization.
Tech-savvy, proficient with Google Suite, Canva, ConvertKit, and eager to learn new technologies.
