We sell our products on Clickbank and are one of the top sellers on the platform and we’re on the lookout for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual storytelling through compelling and engaging videos. You will be responsible for editing, refining, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
We have a unique hiring process, which is going to help us identify the right candidate for this role. We do this because we are going to be investing a lot of time in you and we are looking for someone long-term and someone who will be an integral part of our team.

Hours & Salary:
– This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
– Starting salary will be Php 50,000
– Since we are based in the UK we expect you to be online during our working hours GMT or at least overlap with some of our working hours so we can communicate with you during our work day. We can discuss this during the interview.
– We offer 21 days of paid vacation per year including performance-based bonuses.
– We also give employees 13th month pay.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and requirements.
– Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive, and visually appealing videos.
– Implement a creative and artistic approach to video editing, ensuring content is engaging and impactful.
– Trim, cut, and assemble video segments to create a seamless and compelling final product.
– Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations as needed to enhance storytelling.
– Ensure the overall visual and audio quality of videos, making necessary adjustments.
– Collaborate with the content team to ensure videos meet project goals and timelines.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and storytelling.
Technical Requirements
– Has a macOS Device: Possesses a macOS device to ensure compatibility with tools and facilitate seamless collaboration within the team.
– Proficient in Final Cut Pro & Premiere: Skilled in editing, arranging, and enhancing video footage using industry-standard tools.
– Knowledgeable in After Effects & Motion Graphics: Understanding in creating dynamic visual effects and engaging motion graphics to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
– Proficient in one or more video editing tools like Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightworks, Adobe Premier Elements, Adobe After Effects, Kinemaster, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, etc
General Qualifications
– More than 2 years of professional video editing experience
– Designer with interest or experience in e-commerce is a plus!
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We do not micromanage and always work as a team with everyone
responsible for their own role in the project.
– Acute attention to detail, organization skills, and an ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
– Proven knowledge of video editing principles and techniques
– Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
– Can work from home with their own laptop/computer and internet connection
– Be a confident problem solver who takes ownership of their work while willingly accepting team and client feedback.
– Knowledge of CRM/Project Management tools is a plus
– Strong at ideation and able to execute a project from start to finish
– Willing to follow instructions and accept feedback
– Able to manage your own time
– Comfortable In Gmail and Google Drive
– Comfortable with all kinds of chrome extensions
