Raffiti Media is a Done-For-You YouTube management agency, with the main objective to strategically grow our clients’ brands on YouTube through intentional videos, SEO analysis, marketing strategy, and community building. It is a super FUN, FRIENDLY, and fast-paced environment.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced YouTube Video Editor who specializes in video animation, works U.S. Central day hours and uses Premiere Pro to complete the video edits.
Various responsibilities including:
Editing long videos and some shorts per week .
Manage video workflow across delivery stages.
Drive all aspects of the video post-production process – from ingesting footage, to creating multiple edits, to exporting for final delivery.

Communication. Collaborating and communicating regularly with the internal team with updates and revisions through the program Asana, Voxer and Slack. Relaying information fluidly from client to team and vice versa.

Mastered the English language
Excellent English writing skills
Skilled at prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines
Efficient at quick video turn around
Strong creative instincts and abilities when it comes to improving video footage, including color grading and sound mixing experience
Professional experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Familiarity with main social media platforms, especially YouTube
Extensive knowledge and experience with different video formats, codecs, frame rates, audio compression, and web video standards
Able to edit videos in accordance with brand style and technical specs
Capable to work well independently & successfully as part of a team
Highly Proficient in Premiere Pro & After Effects
Knowledge of YouTube is a must and Google G-Suite understanding needs, while Asana expertise preferred but not required

Must have
Computer desktop that handles multiple project files at a time
Computer camera & audio for video calls with team
Good internet connection that allows for quick uploads to our system
Professional Video Editing Software & Hardware
Able to work 40+ hours per week during U.S. CDT/CST day time hours

Pay
$1250- 1500 a month DOE
