WHO YOU ARE:
You are an experienced video editor familiar with editing Facebook / YouTube Ads. You want to become one of the best in the world in your craft. You know how to find the right custom footage/clips on YT, TT, IG, Google that fit the video script best. You study every day how to improve your skills. You want to work in a team where you learn new things everyday and you are rewarded for the results you bring.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will be part of the Video Editing Department for our Affiliate Marketing Offers, and together with other video editors, you will edit the best performing Ads and VSLs for Facebook and YouTube, working with scripts written by professional copywriters and actors + you can search for your own content. We will test your videos by spending thousands of $$ on them.
The metric of your success will be the conversions your videos generate. You will create 3+ min VSLs, new Intros, new Hooks every day until you create the perfect video that will beat our current control.
PAY:
There is no limit to how much you can earn, because we pay you for the results you generate. You will get a fixed monthly wage of $1500 + $500 bonus for each video that profitably spends at least $15K on Facebook/YouTube – you could create 1 to 4 winning videos per month so you can earn up to $2000 / $3000 per month. The first month is trial, the fixed pay is $1200, and you can still earn bonuses.
If you deserve it, you will have the opportunity to become Manager of the Video Editing department, managing people under you in the Multilingual Video Editing Team.
