offers a dynamic, subscription-based video editing service. We’re continuously on the hunt for creative and skilled Video Editors to join our remote team full-time (40 hours/week).

This position requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, either in an agency setting or managing your own clients.

The role demands versatility in creating various video types, from social content and paid ads to training videos for content creators, influencers, agencies, scale-ups, and corporates.

**Keep in mind that a trial edit as well as an online assessment are part of the application process.**

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 3 years of professional video editing experience. You know what it takes to create engaging video content that drives viewer engagement and increases CTR or WTT.

– Skilled in producing diverse video formats. Please detail your experience with different video types in your cover letter.

– Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and an eye for creating engaging content.

– Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal skills.

– Time-efficient, goal-driven, responsive to feedback, and passionate about video editing.

– Willingness to work from in CET timezone. Though we offer flexible work hours we require our team to work between 8am and 5pm CET

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Daily Collaboration: Regularly engage with Customers, Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and other Creatives.

– Client Interaction: Interact directly with Clipmasters’ customers to understand their unique video editing needs, address concerns, and communicate effectively about their queue and overall process.

– Video Editing and Creation: Collaborate closely with Team Coordinators and Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and adherence to brand guidelines. Work closely with the production team to create engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other digital channels.

– Asset Management: Manage and organize digital assets such as video and audio files, project files, and graphics for seamless workflow.

– Quality Optimization: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message. Continuously evaluate and refine the video production process to optimize efficiency and quality.

– Skill Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and techniques to ensure the highest quality output.

– Client-Centric Flexibility: Adapt to additional service requirements as specified by the client, ensuring tailored and effective video editing output.
