The Virtual Account Manager plays a crucial role, providing essential services that directly influence our clients, our organization, and the overall account’s success. This role requires exceptional English-speaking and writing skills, as it involves communication with client success managers and team members. In this position, you will collaborate closely with client success managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects, objectives, and commitments. This involves conducting audits and maintaining regular check-ins with success managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the achievement of goals and milestones, serving as a dedicated advocate, and enthusiastically supporting the initial objectives and milestones set when the account initially partnered with our company. This role demands independent, solid work capabilities, outstanding organizational skills, and the motivation to push yourself and our team to attain greater and more significant results for our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Virtual Account Manager oversees every aspect of client management, metrics monitoring, goal adherence, communication with the team and vendors, and occasionally with the client directly.
• Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions.
• Conducting Audits.
• PPC Management & Review – detailed weekly steps including keyword, ad-group, CTR, and suggestions.
• Social Media Management & Review – detailed weekly steps including keyword, ad-group, CTR, and suggestions.
Tracking citations.
• Prepare reports, including collaboration with success managers.
• Attend meetings
• Manage detailed shared spreadsheets per client, collecting all relevant metrics, with a highlight on MTM’s.
• Comprehensive updating in CRM of the status of the client and all projects that the client is involved in.
Qualifications:
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Attention to detail
• A desire to help clients win
• Ability to navigate metrics and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Have experience managing multiple clients
• Excellent time management skills
