Key Responsibilities:
Research:
Conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of trends and identify potential opportunities.
Research potential partnership and networking event opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest best practices in career coaching and mentorship.
Content Creation:
Draft and edit blog posts or articles tailored for our audience.
Design basic graphics for our social media channels and website.
Assist in the creation and dissemination of newsletters and email campaigns.
Database Management:
Regularly update and maintain our CRM system (Hubspot)
Monitor and keep records of student, mentor, and company profiles and their feedback.
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Coordinate and set up meetings, webinars, or interviews.
Dispatch reminders for appointments, meetings, or tasks.
User Interviews:
Conduct user interviews via Zoom to gather insights and feedback on Uplift’s platform and services.
Customer Support:
Address and resolve basic user queries or direct them to the appropriate channels.
Collect feedback from users to aid in platform improvement.
Outreach:
Establish connections with potential mentors, industry experts, or companies aligned with Uplift’s mission.
Pursue and follow up with potential leads or partners.
Event Management:
Assist in organizing Uplift events, be it webinars, masterclasses, or other virtual engagements.
Handle event registrations and oversee post-event follow-ups.
Website Management:
Refresh and maintain website content, preferably with experience in Webflow.
Monitor website performance and deliver analytics reports.
Social Media Community Management:
Engage with our online community across various social media platforms.
Foster a positive environment and address any community concerns.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant role.
Reliable and fast internet connection.
Proficient with CRM systems and practices.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation.
Experience in website management, preferably Webflow.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Familiarity with the career coaching or mentorship industry is a plus.

Pay & Hours:
Monthly salary of $990 USD.
9 hours per day with flexibility in hours worked. However, core hours from 10am-2pm UK time are mandatory.
Use of a time tracker is required for the initial 2 months in the role.
