Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team in the Philippines.
(Preferably from or Near Davao City).

Job Overview:
This remote position will be responsible for providing administrative support to our US-based clients, helping them manage their daily tasks and streamline their business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage clients’ email inboxes, calendars, and appointments, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling and organization.
2. Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, document preparation, file management, and travel arrangements.
3. Assist with research tasks, gathering information and resources to support clients’ decision-making and planning processes.
4. Coordinate and communicate with client’s team members, partners, and customers, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth collaboration and information exchange.
5. Support clients with basic social media management, content creation, and website updates, ensuring a consistent and professional online presence.
6. Assist with basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget management.
7. Handle special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by clients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet their unique needs.
8. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client
information and communications.
9. Continuously improve skills, knowledge, and familiarity with relevant tools and
software to enhance service quality and efficiency.
10. Work closely with other TaskOn team members to ensure seamless service delivery
and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role, preferably in an outsourcing or shared services environment.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace applications, and other productivity tools.
5. Familiarity with basic social media management, content creation, and website maintenance.
6. Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial management principles.
7. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a wide range of tasks and industries.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US-based clients’ time zones.
