This role is for an Intermediate, experienced Virtual Assistant and Administrative professional to own email/scheduling/marketing/and administrative projects at our growing company.

Areas we need help with:
– Inbox Management
– Scheduling & Calendar Management
– Recurring (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) Admin Responsibilities & Tasks
– Use, Create, and Update Company Playbooks/SOPs
– Automate repetitive processes using Zapier
– Create and build reports using data, research, and spreadsheets
– Meet with team and leaders via Zoom and communicate efficiently in Slack
– And wearing multiple hats, while staying organized and on top of the ball
This role is for 4-hours per day (Mon-Friday, 12pm – 4pm Eastern, some weekends and off hours may be necessary) and has the opportunity to turn into a long-term role.

Skills & Experience
– Intermediate (3+ years) working as a Virtual administrative, executive, personal, or professional assistant
– Results-oriented and can take ownership of projects to completion with efficiency and accuracy
– Comfortable with name-brand office tools (GSuite, Slack, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Vimeo, Calendly, Zapier, etc.)
– Familiar with Automating and Optimizing Repetitive Processes using Zapier
– Clear communicator (both written/verbally)
– Can pick up solutions by learning independently without formal training
-Comfortable with dynamic procedures and responsibilities in a start-up environment
Requirements:
– Laptop with high speed internet access
– Available Monday – Friday 12 pm – 4 pm Eastern Time (NYC time)
Extra Credit (Areas you can grow into):
– Familiar with Video Editing Tools (Final Cut Pro X) to slice videos for reuse on various platforms
– Create Social Media Posts & Manage Social Media Content Schedule
– Using ChatGPT or AI for Marketing, Copywriting, Social Media
