We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time and play a crucial role in our company’s expansion in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research abilities, strong English communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media marketing.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive market research on the UK market, analyzing industry trends, competitors, and target audience behaviors
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement
– Create engaging and high-quality social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos
– Interact with followers, handle comments and messages, and track social media performance metrics
– Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks to support decision-making
– Communicate effectively with clients and team members through various channels
– Continuously learn and adapt to the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:
– Native-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
– Proven track record of conducting in-depth market research, ideally in the UK or similar markets
– Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for business accounts
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– Experience with social media management tools is a strong advantage
– Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup
– Willingness to install and use Hubstaff time tracking software on your work computer

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can start part time (20 hours per week) and later commit to working full-time (40 hours per week) and grow alongside our company.
