Hours & Salary:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Starting salary will be Php 40,000 (will increase to 45,000 php after 3 months probationary period)
Since we are based in the UK we expect you to be online during our working hours GMT or at least overlap with some of our working hours so we can communicate with you during our work day. We can discuss this during the interview.
We offer 21 days of paid vacation per year including performance-based bonuses.
We also give employees 13th month pay.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensure that all reports are up-to-date. This covers daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Data entry type of tasks
Create SOPs of repetitive and special tasks
Monitor payments from vendors
Support in managing the company’s onboarding system and Google drive
Work directly with the project manager for accounting and operational related reporting
Other random or miscellaneous tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications
Atleast 1 year of remote work experience
Interest or experience in e-commerce is a plus!
We need someone to be good with numbers (excel), be detail-oriented, as a bonus know about google data studio, dext and Clickup
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A quick learner and tech-savvy with great organizational skills and able balance multiple simultaneous projects
Highly organized and accountable. You will be tasked to ensure all reports are update with accurate data or information
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Can work from home with their own laptop/computer and internet connection
Be a confident problem solver who takes ownership of their work while willingly accepting team and feedback.
