Job Description

I am currently looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to add to my team.

The individual who fills this position will have a proven, verifiable history with following through at a high level of performance.

The individual will also show a breadth of understanding for many tasks and be able to pick up and learn new tasks efficiently. We want a go getter, one with a mindset of getting better, and a drive to build a long term relationship as the business grows.

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are:

*Data entry (WordPress, Hubspot CRM, Google Docs)
*Email Marketing Research (I’ll show you how to do this, very easy)
*Content Marketing Research (Keyword research, lead magnets)
*Social Media Tasks (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
*Sending and responding to emails (Hubspot CRM, Gmail)
*General Customer Support (Vetting emails, help develop general response templates)
*Canva, Figma or other graphic generation

Candidates will have a proven track record of being committed to excellence, a keen eye for detail and prompt in turning projects around, showing that they can be counted on to provide services whenever it is asked of them.
