Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant with more than 3 years of proven expertise in providing exceptional executive support remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and coordinating various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual.

The ideal candidate MUST possess a master’s degree or equivalent and demonstrate the ability to assist the CEO in maintaining a professional business perspective and proficiency to a superior level in both written and verbal English communication, who demonstrates a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and prioritize email correspondence by responding promptly and professionally
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members, ensuring efficient use of time
– Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including sending invitations and managing RSVPs
– Conduct research as needed on various topics and compile findings into comprehensive reports
– Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met
– Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
– Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as required
– Collaborate effectively with team members to facilitate communication and streamline processes

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
– Advanced mid to superior/native written and verbal English-language skills, with a high level of professionalism
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office 365
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a proactive team player
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
– Familiarity with project management software and online collaboration tools is a plus
– Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information or confidential matters

The candidate will be required to complete a proctored writing test.
