Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant/Project Manager to help manage tasks and keep projects on track. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, very responsive, and able to juggle the needs of multiple clients at once.

Experience with marketing-related tasks is required.

If you are willing to learn on the job, can take direction well, and are resourceful enough to get something done, you may be a good fit.

This is a part-time job with room to move into a full-time role depending on your skills and the quality of your work.

Responsibilities:
– Watch recorded calls and create to dos
– Help with proposal creation
– Publish content on WordPress and other CMS platforms
– Assign and manage team to dos
– Include the word butterfly in your first message to me
– Keep track of projects and ensure timely delivery
– Write emails, reports, and other administrative documents
– Email management
– Generating and posting content to social media platforms
– Develop internal processes to increase efficiency

Requirements:
– A fast and reliable internet connection with your own computer
– Check in daily during weekdays
– Excellent written communication skills in English (C2 Mastery)
– Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Google Drive (Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
– Experience with project management tools like Notion
– Ability to communicate daily via messenger and email
– Previous marketing or business experience
– Ability to conduct research

Job Information
– 10-30 hours a week to start
