Container Addict, a rapidly growing ecommerce provider, is seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, data input, and social media, with a strong focus on content management. If you are a reliable self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for digital media, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and file management
– Utilize WordPress to manage and update website content as needed
– Gather and organize high-quality images for social media posts and marketing campaigns
– Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing social media content
– Maintain and update product inventory, calendars, and databases to ensure accurate information
– Monitor and respond to emails and other communications in a timely and professional manner
– Conduct online research to support various projects and initiatives
– Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the efficient operation of the business

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
– Proficiency in WordPress and common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
– Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content creation
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
