You’ll be in charge of fulfillment (all customer-facing activities following purchases) for all courses and shops.
Responsibilities:
Your role includes maintaining a clean inbox for our customer support email account, responding to customers with templated responses, online course fulfillment, creating landing pages, managing email campaigns, setting up automation, and creating and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in .
You’re an integral part of the team, and your role is fundamental to continuing the growth of our businesses.

You need to be able to work autonomously without being checked-up on. I am looking for a leader.
Ideally you’ll have working knowledge of a few products in our tech stack. If not, you MUST be willing to learn fast. You need to be able to use our complete tech stack proficiently within your first three weeks of working with us. If you are not familiar you will need to watch all tutorials.

This is a fully remote role.
You must be able to overlap at least 3 hours during the USA CST time zone working hours: 9 am – 4:30 pm CST.
Must attend 2 team Meetings per month.
