This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

**Responsibilities:**
– Ensure all phone calls are answered promptly and professionally during assigned shifts
– Follow up with leads generated for our cleaning business and effectively close deals
– Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, showcasing our services and closing sales
– Utilize our automated platform/software to book clients efficiently
– Generate, manage, and convert leads to drive business growth

**Requirements:**
– Previous experience as a virtual assistant, with a focus on sales and customer service
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and efficiently with little to no guidance
– Proficiency in lead generation and conversion techniques
– Availability to work Monday through Friday OR Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm USA EST time.
