Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage your client’s daily schedule and priorities to assist them in achieving their ambitious aspirations.
Take charge of calendar management and scheduling.
Engage in research and formulate plans to facilitate your client’s personal and professional growth.
Exhibit initiative to pleasantly surprise and gratify your client.
Establish strong relationships within your client’s network and team, actively aiding in the management of these vital connections.
Lead the way in handling internal and external communications, crafting presentations, generating reports, and managing social media engagements.
Assist with drafting and editing of documents, including memos, presentations, and reports, ensuring that they are professional and well-structured.
Handle confidential information; act as a liaison between executives and other staff.
Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and prepare expense reports.
Requirements
A suitable work-from-home space in the Philippines
Minimum internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) at a time that suits your client (often PH evenings)
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role is a must.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
Experience in market research and lead generation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning new technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
