Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and the entire executive team. Our ideal candidate is technologically savvy, highly organized, and a fast learner who can adapt to new tools and technologies. The role will primarily involve supporting our CEO, who frequently utilizes cutting-edge technologies, such as AI tools. This is a remote position, and we expect the candidate to work within CET business hours, with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and create materials for recurring company-wide and leadership meetings.
-Organize and distribute meeting notes and recordings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
-Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including monthly bookkeeping and reporting.
-Manage calendars and inboxes, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
-Anticipate the needs of the executive team and perform tasks to meet those needs efficiently.
-Provide support for personal tasks for the co-founders (up to 20% of the time).

Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a relevant administrative support role.
-Familiarity with commonly used communication, productivity, and administrative tools, including Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Loom.
-Quick learner with the ability to adapt to and leverage new tools and technologies.
-Highly organized with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.
-Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
