Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Virtual Recruiter at Dominion Group Au, you will be a crucial part of our talent acquisition team. You will work remotely, leveraging cutting-edge recruitment technology and methodologies to identify, engage, and secure top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online channels, databases, and job boards to identify potential candidates.
2. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for client roles.
3. Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates, and present candidates effectively.
4. Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client requirements.
5. Adherence to Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our recruitment systems.
7. Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary data, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a recruiter in a virtual or remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
