Experienced Virtual Sales Assistant

Genesis Wealth’s mission is to help 100 families replace their full-time income through property investment by 2035.
We are looking for someone who is equipped and confident to be able to undertake a range of various tasks which include outbound calls to real estate agents, clients, monitor and respond to emails in a creative and professional manner, data entry, proactive thinking around how to handle challenging situations when they arise, and a desire and willingnessto learn more and undertake more responsibilities as trust and confidence grows.

Being solution orientated and having the ability to communicate effectively and to be able to think on your feet will be an advantage. Having the confidence and ability to engage in customer service/telemarketing duties will also be required.

Experience in managing a CRM (Go High Level), organizing files, managing clients expectations, MS Office, Google Drive, Social Media Management is something that I will also need this person to look after. I am looking for someone who brings new ideas to the table about how to help grow the business and become more efficient.

The business is growing and I need someone who I can delegate day-to-day responsibilities as they arise which will fall into a large range. I am looking for someone who wants to work with us long term and grow with the business. I an willing to train the right person but they must be reliable, eager and loves providing excellent customer service both inbound and outbound. Whilst beingresourceful, they also must be willing to speak up when they don’t know something or need help.
