Job Overview:
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing a visually appealing and user-friendly commercial website for Statewide Carriers, LLC. Your primary focus will be to create a captivating online presence that reflects our brand identity and effectively communicates our company’s values and offerings to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure seamless integration of the website with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design: Develop a modern, commercial, and professional website design that aligns with our brand identity and business goals. The website should have a visually engaging layout, intuitive navigation, and clear calls-to-action.

User Experience: Prioritize user experience by creating an interactive and easy-to-navigate website that ensures a positive experience for visitors, encouraging longer visits and increased engagement.

Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure that the website design is fully responsive across various devices and screen sizes, providing an optimal user experience for desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Calendly Integration: Incorporate the Calendly app seamlessly into the website, enabling customers to schedule 30-minute or 1-hour consultations with our team members easily.

Content Management: Collaborate with our marketing team to create an organized content structure, making it simple for visitors to find information about our products/services, company background, testimonials, and other relevant details.

Visual Assets: Utilize high-quality images, graphics, and videos that complement the website design and enrich the user experience.

Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for website performance, ensuring fast loading times and optimal site speed.

SEO and Analytics: Familiarize yourself with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and integrate necessary tools for tracking website performance and user behavior using analytics.

Security: Implement necessary security measures to protect the website and its users from potential threats.

Requirements:

Proven Web Design Experience: Demonstrable experience (provide portfolio or samples) in designing and delivering commercial websites that are visually striking, user-friendly, and effective in driving business goals.

Proficiency in Web Design Tools: Strong skills in using web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or any other relevant design software.

Front-end Development: Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure
smooth communication with the development team.

Calendly Experience: Experience integrating and customizing the Calendly app or similar scheduling tools into websites.

SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and the ability to implement on-page SEO best practices.

Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content creators, should you be hired for future Fulltime positions.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
