SUMMARY:
I have a place for an experienced web designer/developer.
No need to code but Knowledge of WP / Elementor / Crocoblock is essential.
You will also be answering client tickets for website updates, content additions, and any issues they may have.

IMPORTANT:
– WordPress Elementor Pro Sites.
– CrocoBlock Plugins (JetBooking etc)
– Using Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign.
– Detail Oriented is a MUST.
– Able to follow instructions.
– Understand How to use cPanel.
– Willing to be Accountable.
– High Work Ethic.
– Good computer + internet connection.
– Project Management skills are appreciated also!

This position will start as an hourly rate position with the aim of a full-time offer for those who show their value.

– Work –
I work hard. I expect you to do the same. I need someone with a vision for the future.
You will work alongside me, be online and work when I am working. Even sometimes when I am not.
If you look after me I will look after you.

You need to be willing to do the boring work too.
If there is a task that is not too exciting I need you to just get it done.

There are no shortcuts. You need to be detail-oriented and follow instructions. I need someone who ensures a job is done right the first time, I hate having to go over people’s work. I won’t put up with poor-quality work that makes the team look bad. Tell me in your application email subject that you either love or hate bananas and I will know you have actually read my job posting and thought properly about the position. Otherwise, I will delete your application.

– WordPress + Elementor Pro + Crocoblock –
I need someone who will work with me to get sites up fast.
You will need to follow the guidelines I set as a foundation for my websites.
If you don’t agree with me about something just tell me, but I WILL have the last say on it.
We use WordPress and Elementor Pro. No DIVI or similar.

– Photoshop –
I need you to be good enough with Photoshop for editing and optimizing images for websites.

– Payment –
I pay either in Cryptocurrency (TRX) via Binance Wallet or direct to your personal bank account.

– Final notes –
1. Experience is essential, however, if you lack some skills, that’s ok, talk with me about what you can and can’t do.
2. If you are not in the Philippines don’t bother responding – I won’t work with someone who lies about their location.
3. If you are secretly sending other people to do your work please note that I will find out fast and you won’t stay around.
4. If you do have a team just tell me about them and we can discuss them. Good project managers are hard to find.
5. There may be an unpaid test on a website subdomain. It will be to build a front page using an existing website. Every applicant will get the same site etc. I will not be making any money from this – it is for testing purposes only. I need to know you can do what I need to be done and you have a good design style.
