Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team and take the lead in designing our Shopify ecommerce store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, with a specific focus on Shopify stores.
You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design and implement Shopify themes, templates, and custom pages.
Optimize the website for performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
Create engaging graphics, banners, and other visual elements for the store.
Conduct ongoing analysis of user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the design and usability of the store.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and ecommerce.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing and launching Shopify ecommerce stores.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design languages.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
