Role Overview:
As a Web Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and optimizing sales funnels that captivate and convert. Your expertise will help our clients turn their visions into reality through beautiful, user-friendly, and strategically sound funnel designs. If you have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of sales funnels, and a passion for supporting female entrepreneurs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Create visually appealing and high-converting sales funnels using tools such as ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or similar platforms.
Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to maximize funnel performance.
User Experience: Ensure all designs are optimized for an exceptional user experience, focusing on intuitive navigation and seamless customer journeys.
Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency with clients’ brand identities, ensuring that all design elements align with their vision and messaging.
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve funnel performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align design with overall campaign strategies.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in web design, specifically in creating and optimizing sales funnels for coaches, consultants, and online businesses.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in funnel-building platforms (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, etc.), HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and funnel designs. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective funnel strategies that drive conversions.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with strong organizational skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design choices and strategies clearly to clients.
Passion: A genuine passion for supporting female entrepreneurs and helping them succeed.
