Hello, Prospective Webflow Designer!

We’re a progressive web design agency that offers top-tier unlimited Webflow design and development for UK B2B market. We’re seeking a talented Webflow designer and developer to join our creative team. As part of our core offerings, we offer 3 different packages, all on a monthly subscription basis to our clients. In return, our clients get unlimited web design and development.

**Job Description:**

We need a skilled individual who can take existing templates from our Webflow template portfolio, and adapt them to our client’s specifications and branding guidelines.

**Requirements:**

Successful candidates must:

1) Have a comprehensive understanding of Webflow and a robust background in web design.
2) Have a deep understanding of UI/UX design.
3) Be able to adhere to our set deadlines for each project

**Our selection process**

As part of our selection process, there are 3 stages.
1) Initial interview with the COO & Cofounder
2) Interview with the CEO & Cofounder
3) Paid Test assignment (We will only pick 1/2 candidates at this stage) – this will involve working on our website.

**What We Offer:**

The candidate will work with us on a per project basis. The fees we will pay to the candidate are broken down on a per page basis + hourly rates for ongoing maintenance of existing client websites (which are via client ticket requests).

You’ll also be part of a exciting startup with a clear vision. We’re not just looking for any design freelancer. As a growing and agile agency, there is huge scope towards progression as we will be looking to introduce profit share bonuses based on performance and loyalty.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the online presence of various businesses across the UK B2B industries. You’ll be given the creative freedom to design, develop, and refine websites that truly meet our client’s needs, all while using cutting-edge tools and working alongside our supportive team.
