Expert 3D Modeler and Video Producer for Hobbit-Style Real Estate Project

We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Modeler and Video Producer with a passion for the world of Hobbit and Lord of the Rings to create an engaging and ultra-realistic presentation video for our new real estate project located in the scenic Uvita Hill Mountains. This unique project includes approximately 100 earth houses designed in the Hobbit style, seamlessly integrated into the hilly landscape.

Tasks:

– Merge an existing 3D model of the project area with high-quality video footage to create a captivating presentation.
– Combine 3D model animations with real drone footage to produce a seamless and immersive video, about 1 minute in length.
– Apply existing textures (e.g., for trees) to create a lifelike and authentic environment, with a focus on ultra-realism.
– Collaborate closely with our team to ensure the video accurately reflects the project’s vision and aesthetics, with special attention to the Hobbit theme.
– Include close-up shots of planned communal areas to highlight the project’s unique features.

Required Skills and Experience:

– Advanced skills in 3D modeling and animation, preferably with software like Blender, Maya, or similar.
– Proven experience in video production and editing, integrating 3D models into live-action footage.
– Ability to create and apply realistic textures and lighting effects.
– A strong passion for and knowledge of Hobbit and Lord of the Rings lore, to bring authenticity to the project.
– Drone videography experience is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to implement feedback from our team effectively.

Materials to be Provided:

– Applicants should include relevant samples of their work in 3D modeling and video production, especially those that showcase their passion for Hobbit and Lord of the Rings themes.

Additional Notes:

We already have drone footage available and may create more as needed for the project.
The video should be approximately 1 minute in length and should convey a sense of ultra-realism, capturing the essence of the Hobbit-themed environment.
