We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Expert Accountant with Canadian Accounting experience to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations, handling full-cycle accounting duties, including payroll, taxes, invoicing, payables, and month-end/year-end processes. Your expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for statistical reporting, data entry, and providing essential administrative support to our operations.
[Qualifications]:
– Proven Canadian Accounting experience, including handling payroll for both hourly and commission-based employees.
– Familiarity with GST and End of Year Taxes, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax regulations.
– QuickBooks expert with a solid understanding of full-cycle accounting processes.
– Proficiency in statistical reporting and data entry, utilizing your keen eye for detail.
– Advanced level of Excel skills to perform financial analysis effectively.
– Administrative experience to support various day-to-day tasks.
– Experience with Outlook, Asana, and Indeed is considered an asset.

[Role Details]:
– Part-time position averaging 10 hours per week, offering flexibility in work hours.

– The ideal candidate would be reachable between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm MST if needed.
