Expert All-Round Graphic Designer for Web Agency

ABOUT ME: My agency provides a ready-made website, course, and community platform based on WordPress, including all plugins, hosting, and support. The platforms we offer are optimized for list building and conversion and include every functionality needed to automize sales online.

We work with clients such as coaches, online language schools, and organizations that sell membership access to their premium content. When I say ‘we’, it’s mostly ‘me’ and a small group of flexible freelancers. At the moment, I’m building my team and looking for a proactive graphic designer that can push my vision forward.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am looking for an expert all-round graphic designer to focus primarily on our marketing material design, website graphics, infographics, lead magnets and user interface. You will work closely with me and our content creator to ensure a cohesive and effective design approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Create lead visuals for our various brands, websites, apps and offers.
– Develop logos and branding materials for various of our niche sites.
– Use pre-designed landingpage templates and adapt them to our needs (with a strong emphasis on text placements, keeping content and conversion strategies in mind)
– Enhance UI/UX and apply changes to our wp-admin environment using CSS.
– Visualize offers and marketing strategies schematically.
– Design professional sheets for data visualization and lead magnet PDFs and presentations.
– Produce high-quality and professional screenshots/thumbnails for YouTube videos

REQUIREMENTS:

– Experience working within a one-person software agency (flexible, easy-going, and proactive).
– Fluent in both written and spoken English, with grammatically correct usage.
– Extensive experience in web design, UI/UX improvements, and CSS, especially with software services (where we sometimes need to incorporate anonymized screenshots of the software into the lead visuals)
– Proficiency in creating landing pages where copywriting is leading, you will work closely together with our expert copy writer.
– Ability to produce professional visuals for videos and presentations.
– Proficient in creating logos and branding materials.
– Experience in structuring marketing strategies visually and creating data visualizations.
– Ability to collaborate closely with myself and other team members.
– Self-motivated and able to set and work towards goals independently.

PREFERRED EXTRA SKILLS:

– Familiarity with WordPress and our pagebuilder Elementor.
– Familiarity with Swipepages (for some projects we use Swipepages in stead of WordPress)
– Experience creating visuals for explanatory documentation with screenshots of our software and accompanying text
– Proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements that benefit clients and marketing.

PROCESS

After a quick onboarding to determine your skills and understanding of the work, we will start with some initial tasks. If successful, we’ll move to regular collaboration. Specific tasks will be provided, with the expectation that you can also independently identify and execute tasks that align with our goals. Weekly check-ins, regular Zoom calls, and loom explanation videos will be part of our collaborative process. You will track your time and invoice me monthly (or every two weeks as you prefer) based on hours worked.
