YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
————————

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Listing Management:

Monitor and optimize product listings on Amazon.
Ensure accurate product information, images, and pricing.
Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
Supply Chain Activities:

Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Manage logistics and shipping processes to optimize efficiency.
Work closely with fulfillment centers to streamline operations.
Competitor Analysis:

Analyze competitors’ Amazon listings and pricing strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Pricing Optimization:

Regularly analyze pricing trends and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions.
Customer Service:

Handle basic customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Product Sourcing:

Source new products and suppliers to expand our product portfolio.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ad Campaign Management (Bonus):

If proficient, manage Google, Facebook, and Amazon Ads to drive traffic and sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts.
Proven success in optimizing product listings and driving sales growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Google, Facebook, and Amazon Ads (bonus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
