Job Title: Amazon Seller Account Manager
We seek an experienced and highly skilled Amazon Seller Account Manager to join our team. As an Amazon Seller Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients’ Amazon Seller accounts to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Amazon Seller accounts to increase sales and profitability.
Develop and implement Amazon Seller strategies to improve product visibility and rankings.
Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engines.
Manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.
Monitor and analyze Amazon Seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase product visibility.
Resolve customer issues and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Continuously monitor and stay updated with Amazon policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller accounts.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Marketplace.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Daily Tasks:
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Optimize product listings to improve visibility and rankings.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Stay up to date with Amazon policies and procedures.
