Job Description

Hello!

We’re a men’s jewelry brand looking to hire an expert customer support rep. This will be a part-time job to start that can go into the longterm as we’re looking to build out a team to scale our brand. If you perform well, there will be a lot more opportunities as we grow.

Not looking for an agency – looking to work 1 on 1.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and chat.
– Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
– Go above and beyond to make the customer happy
– Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
– Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and practices.
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements/Experience:
– Proven experience in a customer service role
– Shopify
– Gorgias
– Returns CRM
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
– Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry.
– Familiarity with order processing and inventory management systems.
