About the Role:

As our Dispositions Manager, you will be the driving force behind listing and selling our acquired land properties. Your role is crucial in our sales process, involving listing properties on various platforms, coordinating property photography, and managing auctions. You’ll also oversee essential tasks such as conducting soil tests and other due diligence as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

– Efficiently list and manage land properties on MLS, Facebook, Craigslist, and other relevant platforms.
– Schedule and coordinate property photography and other preparatory activities for listings.
– Possibly list properties for auction and handle associated procedures.
– Perform and manage due diligence processes like soil testing when required.
– Communicate effectively with buyers, agents, and our team, providing weekly updates on all properties.
– Work collaboratively with the team to share insights and strategies for maximizing sales.
