Job Description

Sprious is seeking a dedicated, flexible, and independent Executive Assistant who is highly organized and has meticulous attention to detail to join our growing team!

Here’s what we’re looking for:
Self-Motivated Difference-Maker: Growth in this role does not mean moving into a managerial position – it means taking on more interesting and challenging administrative work, growing your knowledge of the organization, and defining your own job in an autonomous and experimental work environment.
Organizational Champion: Autonomously perform administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet, slide deck, and document creation, ordering and organization of supplies, processing payments, and event planning.
International Expert: We need someone to successfully coordinate and arrange senior executives’ and company-wide travel and travel-related activities for a global team that stretches across five continents.
Research Rockstar: Provide accurate and strategic recommendations by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed in advance.
Multitasking Mastermind: Consistently demonstrates an ability to pivot and prioritize a multitude of tasks as the business demands.
Flexible and Fearless: Take initiative to investigate and resolve administrative issues and problems, gather necessary information, contact appropriate personnel, and make recommendations for implementation.
You have:
— 4+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
— Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
— Excellent prioritization skills and ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
— Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
— Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
— Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
— Experience in planning, organizing, and seeing through travel arrangements
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— A consistent willingness to ask thoughtful, probing questions
— High personal integrity and character
— Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar software. (Asana, Slack, BambooHR, 15Five).
