Job Title: Expert Facebook Ads Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Manager to join our team and take our online advertising efforts to the next level. As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for campaign creation, optimization, budget management, and targeting. While we have in-house expertise for copywriting and creative asset creation, your primary focus will be to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Highly expert with at least 5 years running Facebook ads and using the Facebook Ads Manager Platform
-Experience using Excel
-Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
-Attentive to detail, highly organized, proactive, resourceful
Expectations: As a hands-off business owner, we expect the ideal candidate to already be fully trained and to maintain a constant learning mindset to stay up to date with platform updates. You’ll be responsible for developing your own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and we expect they’ll be based on improving our current advertising performance. This is a new role within our company so you will help build the job description and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as we go.
Company Information: We run a small business (DnD Adventure Club) that offers a monthly subscription magazine targeted at children of parents and grandparents who love Dungeons & Dragons (DnD). Our magazine features vivid pictures and new adventures each month, providing a source of joy and learning for our subscribers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Analyze ads we’re currently running
-Create and implement a plan to optimize the ads we’re currently running
-Create and implement a plan to run new/more ads
-Suggest new audiences and campaigns
-Suggest and implement retargeting ad campaigns
-Provide suggestions for copy and creative assets (for now, we’re comfortable continuing to provide you with all the copy and creative assets).
Location and Work Arrangement: This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. While we are based in the Pacific time zone, it isn’t necessary for you to complete the work during those hours; however, you may occasionally need to meet via Zoom at a time that works for both your and our time zone.
Compensation and Benefits: This is a part-time position, and we’re open to your recommendations regarding the hourly rate. We are targeting someone in the range of $10 – $15 USD per hour, based on qualifications and experience. To start, we expect this role may require 6 – 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow as the business grows.
