Expert Formula 1 Script Writer (YouTube)

We are seeking a highly skilled script writer to work on a YouTube channel dedicated to Formula 1. You must be able to create high-quality scripts that captivate viewers in the UK and USA to help drive more subscribers to the channel and more views to each video.

Your primary responsibility will be writing engaging and informative scripts based on video ideas supplied by the channel management team. We are seeking someone with a profound knowledge and genuine passion for Formula 1 as you will be expected to bring your expertise to the table and create scripts that resonate with a target audience of both casual and expert fans.

Each script will need to be written to serve a video run time of at least eight minutes, and we will be ordering scripts in bulk for a monthly fee of £250 (GBP) for 15 scripts. A profit share bonus of up to £250 per script is also on offer depending on the performance of each video. This means you stand to earn up to £3,900 per month in a perfect world where every video you script performs to its full potential.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent research skills with an ability to both educate and entertain with your scripts. Storytelling is another fundamental aspect of what makes our videos succeed. We want to keep our viewers engaged at all times, eagerly anticipating what will happen next. You will be responsible for creating narratives that hold their attention throughout each video.

You will be responsible for delivering scripts that are easy to read for voice actors. You should possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each sentence is carefully crafted to convey the desired message effectively. Whether it’s an introduction, a thrilling race recap, or an in-depth analysis, your words should resonate with our viewers and leave a lasting impact.
