Your responsibilities:
— Hands-on execution of pay-per-click (PPC) paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive lead generation conversions
— Generate actionable insights from data to improve cost per lead, conversion rate, click-through rate, and number of leads
— Ad hoc analysis and reporting
— Keyword research, expansion, and optimization
— Designing and implementing a coherent keyword strategy for new accounts
— Actively looking for underperforming metrics in each account and can diagnose and solve the issue
— Optimize landing pages for better performance
— Develop internal documentation and procedures
Preferred skills to have:
— At least 2-5 years of Google Ads experience
— Strong leadership skills
— Stellar written and oral communication
— Tech savvy, detail oriented, with great recall
— Critical thinking skills, especially when analyzing numbers
— Highly organized and dependable, willing to learn and receptive to feedback
— Adaptable, able to work independently, with strong analytical and quantitative skills
— Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
