Job Description

We are seeking a talented Expert Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with a proven ability to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling that resonates with our target audience. The Expert Graphics Designer will be pivotal in driving our marketing projects to success by creating visually stunning and compelling graphics.

Responsibilities:

? Creativity! We require someone who can brainstorm, conceptualize, and bring their creativity and experience to the table.

? Conceptualize and design high-quality, visually appealing digital and print media, including web pages, print and digital literature, advertisements, email campaigns, social media infographics, animations, interactive visuals, and more to enhance marketing campaigns and engagement.

? Collaborate with creative teams to develop design concepts.

? Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to team.

? Self-proof and edit graphics to fit client standards. Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all design work, ensuring that final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

? Work closely with the marketing project managers, copywriters, and other team members to meet project goals and timelines.

? Develop illustrations, logos, and product packaging as needed.

? Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

? Amend, revise, or redevelop designs in response to feedback from peers, department management, and/or executive management, incorporating constructive input to refine and improve design concepts.

? Ensure that the team provides timely updates regarding graphic projects on changes to project scope, expectations, and deliverables that may impact schedule and require change orders.

? Evaluate incoming graphic project leads, working with the business partners to plan the next steps with qualified prospects.

? Assist with the visual presence of all content on social media accounts and boost content visibility based on strategic curation and content planning.

? Front-facing webpages/microsites and email graphics (from wireframes to finals).

? Ads to run on Facebook, Twitter, and other social platforms.

? Infographics and other web + print materials to support our clients’ PR initiatives.

? Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives that convey key messages effectively.

? Ensure brand consistency across all design assets, adhering to established brand guidelines while exploring innovative approaches to visual communication.

? Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of our visual content.

? Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit graphics and multimedia content. For quicker, simpler tasks, tools such as Canva may be used.

? Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library for easy retrieval and reuse of design elements.

Requirements:

? MUST be able to work in the PACIFIC TIME ZONE.
? Experience in brand research, product design, product packaging design, and logo concept creation

? Experience with print materials for a complete branding package

? Strong visual and user-focused design skills

? Ability to work both within a team and independently.

? Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite, mastery of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (portfolio submittal required)

? A comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

? Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

? Ability to design intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.

? Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.

? Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and the flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

? Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally and respectfully communicate with all staff levels of the company and to articulate design concepts and decisions.

? Production design experience

? A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional graphics designer, with a proven track record of creating exceptional visual content.
