What You’ll Do:

As our Influencer Manager, you will:

Analyze and assess influencers to ensure optimal collaboration pricing, aligning with our in-house benchmarks.
Master the art of negotiation with influencers and agents, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Analyze collaboration performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Brief collaborators to elevate content quality and ensure alignment with our brand ethos.
Ensure timely completion of collaborations, maintaining effective follow-up with influencers.
Foster and manage ongoing influencer relationships with a casual, yet professional tone.
Identify and leverage standout influencer opportunities.
Efficiently recognize and disqualify unsuitable leads.
Provide respectful, constructive feedback on content submissions, upholding our values of respect and empowerment.
Organize and manage a diverse array of content across all platforms and collaborations.
Who You Are:

A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in influencer management or related fields.
Proficient in CRMs, particularly GRIN, with a deep understanding of its functionalities.
Possess exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to adapt your communication style.
Fluent in English with impeccable writing and verbal skills.
An expert in GSheet, proficient in functions and custom formatting.
A hardworking, driven individual who thrives in a process-focused and organized environment.
