Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday
Location: Remote
Compensation: The base compensation for this role is $5 USD per hour + monthly bonuses of up to an additional 25% for hitting KPIs.

Your Mission, as an Expert Klaviyo Technician
To help our clients increase their revenue and grow their Ecommerce store by quickly and accurately building emails, and completing various tasks in Klaviyo and Shopify.

Responsibilities
Transfer over all emails from Figma to Klaviyo and set up various Klaviyo blocks
Set up banners and discounts in Shopify
Miscellaneous Klaviyo tasks such as setting up popup forms, segments, etc.
Client reporting (End of Week + Monthly Reports)
Quality Checking the copywriter and designer’s work
Minor copywriting, Figma design edits, and client communication
Internal Communication

Availability
Must be able to meet for daily video calls with the team
Preferable if you can work in the US time zone (from 9am to 5pm Central).

Communication
Need to be an excellent English communicator, both verbally and in written form. Effective written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
Collaborate with the team for content and strategic input.
Communicate via Slack; availability for video calls

Technical skills
DTC Ecommerce and email marketing experience is greatly preferred
Must be able to follow directions precisely
Must be able to follow SOPs with a high level of accuracy
Must be able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
Must be able to manage and organize tasks efficiently, with 8 to 12 client accounts
Experience with the following software:
Klaviyo
Shopify
Figma
Slack
Gmail
Google Drive
