Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Strategist who is passionate about harnessing the learning sciences to craft transformative educational experiences. You will lead the development of strategic learning initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Your expertise will drive the creation of engaging, behavior-changing eLearning content and comprehensive instructional design across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that enhance organizational learning and drive successful outcomes.
Design and oversee the production of eLearning modules using tools like Storyline and Captivate, ensuring high engagement and behavioral impact.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and design tailored solutions to address them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline content and determine the most effective delivery methods for diverse learner populations.
Design and implement robust learning metrics to evaluate and continually improve the impact of learning interventions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Learning Strategist, Instructional Designer, or similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Expertise in applying learning sciences to real-world educational challenges.
Strong proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline or Captivate.
Experience in conducting needs assessments and designing custom tools to map and fill learning gaps.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective learning metrics.
