Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time but very long-term lead PHP developer who will manage and maintain our Home Searching Software (IDX)(sort of like the search on Zillow for homes, we built one for our many Clients in reals estate), WordPress Plugin and possible WordPress Website updates.
Your role will be to work with the rest of our development team to fix and improve features on our own IDX software (and integrate them with our own proprietary Real Estate Agent Websites) as well as update the WordPress IDX Search Plugin. Occasionally there may be a need for you to update WordPress websites and Plugins that have been customized.
There is no higher-level PHP developer on the team, so you must be highly knowledgeable with PHP but also HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You must work during normal US business hours, usually four (4) hours from YOUR Philippines time of 10:00PM (Our 7AM Pacific standard Time), until 2:00AM YOUR time. This may vary depending on need and mutual agreement.
The Start of the project may have short-term full-time hours to learn the system but then the job will become part time. So maybe you work full time for the first month, then go to 4 hours per day after that.
Requirements:
• Language Knowledge: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, MySQL
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2019
• Strong English Understanding (Reading and Speaking)
• Working US Business Hours
Bonus Qualifications:
• Experience with 3rd party integration: API & RETS
