Job Description

Experienced Pinterest and Facebook expert to manage the social media for one or more of websites.

We are looking for a self-starter Expert Pinterest & Facebook Social Media Manager with a proven track record in building engagement and growing an online presence. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who understands how to use these social channels to expand brand visibility and increase website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage our Pinterest and Facebook strategies.
Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on social media performance and ROI, refining strategies as needed to ensure alignment with business KPIs. The most important KPI for this role is to significantly grow referral traffic from these platforms to our website.
Design, create, and manage content across both platforms (including images and written posts) to appeal to our target demographic and boost engagement.
Proactively engage with followers by responding to queries, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, using this knowledge to inform and improve our social media strategy.
Conduct SEO analysis and user engagement studies, and use these insights to optimize content.

Qualifications & Skills:

You must be a self-starter with relevant experience. It’s assumed that you’re already an expert in Pinterest and Facebook and, as such, we’re unable to provide specific training in either the Pinterest or Facebook platforms. (We will provide other training on our supporting business systems if required).
Proven experience as a Pinterest & Facebook Manager or similar role with significant demonstrable success.
Good knowledge of SEO/SEM will be an advantage.
Strong short-form copywriting skills – you’ll need to create engaging captions and descriptions.
Ability to create high-quality content (including text & image).
Proficiency in Canva and a prominent social media scheduling tool.
Strong attention to detail. To prove this, please include the word “mustard” somewhere within your application.
Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
