Job Title: Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Expert (Real Estate)
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly experienced Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing social media accounts, specifically in the real estate industry. The candidate should also have extensive experience in conducting seminars and workshops on digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for our real estate company’s accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
-Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
-Create engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand and voice, and drive engagement and growth across all social media channels.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement them into the company’s social media strategy.
-Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
-Conduct seminars and workshops on digital marketing for our clients and team members.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that include social media, email marketing, and advertising.
-Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts, specifically in the real estate industry.
-Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media channels.
-Experience in conducting seminars and workshops on digital marketing.
-Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
-Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
-Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
